MEET LIFT UP
I’m Philipp, the pilot behind Lift Up Drone Media. Alongside aerial photography, I work in high-rise concrete forming project management.
That experience shapes how I approach every shoot: understand the brief, plan the coverage and capture the details that matter. From a property listing to an active site, the aim is the same—give you a clear, useful perspective.
SAFETY & SITE READINESS
Professional preparation.
Respect for everyone on site.
Lift Up Drone Media plans aerial operations around the safety of the public, site workers and surrounding property. Each shoot includes a review of airspace, site access, nearby activity, weather and operating conditions, with coordination with the client’s site team.
Our pilots hold the qualifications and site training applicable to their assigned work. Flights proceed only when safe operating conditions can be maintained.
Transport Canada Advanced operations pilot certificate.
Site training applicable to assigned elevated work.
Workplace hazardous materials safety awareness.
Training applicable to assigned confined-space work.
Awareness and coordination around vehicles and access.
WSIB coverage and clearance requirements addressed during project onboarding.
Before take-off, we agree on the working area, identify public and worker movements, coordinate with site supervision and review the flight plan. We adjust, postpone or stop a flight when conditions are unsuitable.
Applicable training records and project-specific WSIB documentation can be reviewed during onboarding. Flight authorization, site requirements and operational limits are confirmed for each assignment.
